Paul Manley attended the international summit in Montibello.Quebec to gather footage for a documentary on the SPP that was being discussed by Pres. George Bush. President Felipe Calderon and Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Paul video taped 3 masked men who were pushing toward a line of riot police and they turned out to be police officers themselves. Paul sent the video to You Tube and this caused a sensation.

The Canadian government and the military would like us to believe that we are altruistic peacekeepers helping people around the world. But is this accurate?
